Hello to all Pathfinder Arrowmen

I hope you are all prepared for an exciting year.

As your Chapter Chief I would like to explain a few of my goals for our chapter this year. I would realy like to improve our communication exspecally with our new canidates. I really want to make the extened Elangomat program better, so that our chapter can have new canidates stick with the order, and our chapter can grow. Also, I would like to become a Quality Chapter. This I belive is a good goal to set on becuase it is very clear and it is easy to see how we are doing with it. The last thing I want to do is to have fun, and I need your help with that you guys need to come out to meetings and help out with our service projects. This year will be a lot of fun and we are kicking it off with a November Chapter Meeting at Strike and Spare. Also you could come to our first Service Projcet, Popcorn Service Project at Jost Chemical plant on Nov. 10 and Nov.12.

Here are the requirements for Quality Chapter:

• Achieve 65% Cub Scout Camp Promotion
• Achieve 30% Brotherhood Conversion
• Have 30% of Elangomats from Fall Reunion receive the Extended Elangomat Award
• Have an appropriate number of Ordeal and Brotherhood teams for your chapter
• Meet three of four attendance goals set at the Lodge Leadership Development for Chapter meetings.
• Maintain constant communication with all Troop Reps
• Have three successful service projects. Success is defined by attendance equal to 100% of our Ordeal members inducted at Fall Reunion.
• Have a yearly average attendance of 75% of Chapter Officers and required Chapter Chairman to Lodge LEC meetings
• The chapter administration must update its Chapter web page
• Hold at least four Chapter Executive Meetings

So, I hope we can work and strive to achive our chapter goals, and also have a really fun year of Brotherhood.
