Hello all Pathfinder Arrowmen!

I hope you are all prepared for an exciting year.

As your Chapter Chief I would like to explain a few of my goals for our chapter this year. I would like to achieve all of our Lodges requirements to become a Quality Chapter. In order to do this though, I will need every Arrowmen's help this year.

Here are the requirements for Quality Chapter:

• Achieve 65% Cub Scout Camp Promotion
• Achieve 30% Brotherhood Conversion
• Have 30% of Elangomats from Fall Reunion receive the Extended Elangomat Award
• Have an appropriate number of Ordeal and Brotherhood teams for your chapter
• Meet three of four attendance goals set at the Lodge Leadership Development for Chapter meetings. (Just because we have set these attendance goals does not mean we only want this amount of people, every Pathfinder Arrowmen should attend if they are able.)
  • Nov. – 55
  • Feb. – 95
  • May – 85
  • Aug. – 35
• Maintain constant communication with all Troop Reps
• Have three successful service projects. Success is defined by attendance equal to 100% of our Ordeal members inducted at Fall Reunion. Pathfinder inducted 34 new Ordeal members at Fall Reunion’09.
• Have a yearly average attendance of 75% of Chapter Officers and required Chapter Chairman to Lodge LEC meetings
• The chapter administration must update its Chapter web page on the Lodge website (www.shawneelodge.org) at least once between every LEC
• Hold at least four Chapter Executive Meetings

So, as you can see it will take everybody in the chapter’s assistance in order to reach these goals and become a quality chapter. I know we can work together to achieve this!
