August Chapter Meeting

Come on out to the next Pathfinder chapter meeting! We will be having a picnic including hot dogs, drinks, and sides. Location for the meeting is at Vago Park, 2700 Fee Fee Rd. Maryland Heights, MO on Saturday, August 14 at 2:00pm. $3 Per person cost to pay for food.

The program for this chapter meeting is being provided by the St. Louis County Police Dept Bomb Squad! They are bringing their "bomb robot" to give us a demonstration. We hear that it can knock a man down with it's water cannon! Nominations will be taken at this chapter meeting for upcoming officer elections which take place at Fall Reunion.

Hope to see every Arrowman there!

Any questions, contact Chapter Chief Luke Henderson or Chapter Secretary Josh Bright.

PATHFINDER FACEBOOK!

For those of you arrowmen who may have facebooks, we now have a group for our chapter to aid in keeping contact with all of our members. The group is called Pathfinder OA. Any OA member who has a facebook should join! And anyone who doesn't have a facebook should join and add the group!

New Chapter Officers

At the recent Shawnee Lodge Fall Reunion, Pathfinder elected new officers for the 2009-2010 year. Elected were Luke Henderson as Chapter Chief, Chris Gallagher as First Vice, Sam Picus as Second Vice, and Josh Bright as Secretary. Below is a picture of them.

New Chapter Neckerchief

As seen below, we have recently created a brand new Chapter Neckerchief to distinguish ourselves from the other chapters within the lodge. The neckerchief only costs $11.00.

Chiefly Spoken

"The Order is a thing of spirit rather than of mechanics. Organization, operational procedures, and all that go with them are necessary in any large and growing movement, but they are not what counts in the end. Things of the spirit are what count:
Brotherhood - in a day when there is too much hatred at home and abroad
Cheerfulness - in a day when the pessimists have the floor and cynics are popular ...
Service - in a day when millions are interested in getting or grasping, rather that giving."
